Jason first started acting at the age of eight when he was picked to be the narrator in Fantasy Forest: A Christmas Adventure, not because he was the best but because he was the loudest. The desire to meet girls and hang out with his friends brought him to the high school theatre scene. It was becoming thoroughly addicted to performing though that brought him to graduate from Cardinal Stritch University with a BA in Theatre, becoming an active member of the Chicago theatre and film community, and finally relocating to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of entertaining full-time.
Since moving to Los Angeles, Jason has been seen on NBC’s Days of Our Lives as Phillip’s go-to enforcer and informant, in a national Simmons Beauty Rest commercial and many regional commercials and independent films. In L.A.’s theatre scene he originated such roles as the defense lawyer in Sy Rosen’s The LA Weekly Loves Us, Steven in Civilization, Teddy and Lee in Doubting Thomason.
Jason has a vast love for Shakespeare, having played in over half of the cannon in some of his best roles including Macbeth, Benedick (Much Ado About Nothing), Oberon (A Midsummer Night’s Dream) and Orlando (As You Like It).
